Your wedding day is one of the biggest, most important and most intimate days of your life. Finding the right photographer to spend the day with you and capture the surreal, intimate, quick, once in a lifetime moments in a way that resonates with you and your spouse is so important.
Not every photographer is for every bride and groom and that is why I start all of my wedding inquiries with a complimentary wedding session meeting so I can get to know you two better, you can get to know me, I can learn how I will be able to best serve you and you can see what a typical wedding day looks like with me.
During Your Wedding Session Meeting We Will:
Talk about you two so I can get to know you as a couple (I am a sucker for how you meet-cute), talk about wedding plans and how things are going so I know how I can serve you best. We will also go over what a typical wedding day looks like with me (I have visuals) so you can decide if I am the right photographer to serve you on your big day. By the end of your meeting all of your questions should be answered and if not we have plenty of time for you to ask me anything that wasn't covered. You can plan for your meeting to be 1 hour long.
There is no charge for this meeting and no strings attached.

Rehearsal Coordination and Direction
I’ll coordinate and direct your wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows their roles and that the ceremony runs smoothly. From the processional to the recessional, I’ll make sure each detail is rehearsed and ready for the big day.

Task Delegation
I will assist in delegating specific tasks and responsibilities to family members, VIPs, and the wedding party such as who will be responsible for safekeeping the rings, marriage certificate, ensuring the bride & groom are eating and staying hydrated and more, to ensure that everyone knows their role and contributes to the smooth execution of the day.

Bad Weather Ceremony Backup Plan
I will create and execute a backup plan for the ceremony in case of bad weather, ensuring that alternative arrangements are in place and seamlessly executed. This service depends on the options of your venue.

I will develop and implement a backup plan for the reception in case of adverse weather conditions, ensuring that any necessary adjustments are made smoothly. This service depends on the options of your venue.
